Since seeing The Shadows and Sir Cliff Richard in February 2010 and taking up guitar, I've been very keen to meet up with other Shadows players in Brisbane (Queensland, Australia).

Recently I've been in contact with several local players from the Charlie Hall & Friends and ShadowMusic websites and we all feel a Brisbane Shadows Club would be a great idea for 2012.

There are many Shadows Clubs worldwide including the Shadows Music Club Perth, Sydney Shadows Club and a large number of Shadows Clubs in the U.K.

If you live in the Brisbane area and are a guitarist, drummer, (or player of any other instrument), whether a beginner (like me), or professional or amateur player of many years experience and like to play Shadows music and music of that era, we'd love to hear from you. Even if you're not a player but love listening to the music of this time please also get in touch.
